Bought an electrical item from Argos on 23rd December so it's excluded from the money back guarantee. However it is faulty, every day (apart from today so far) it's stopped working. So obviously want to take it back for an exchange/refund.
Looking to see which stores have it in stock and it's now £30 cheaper so am worried they may think I'm trying it on. Been ages since I took anything back to Argos so am a little worried as they were a bit awkward then and it was for a cheaper item. None of the stores I can get to have the item in stock so an exchange isn't possible anyway. Just don't know how awkward they might be, with the price coming down. It's not a fault that happens all the time so I won't be able to show them it in store either. - That and it'll be reset.
