Register. Make sure you are signed in when on Quidco.
Look at the site you want to visit and click the link.,.
If you carry on and buy then it all happens automatically, if for any reason you come off the site and go back or save details and then leave you wont get the money back.. Insurance deals get the best cash back BUT make sure it's a good deal.. No good getting £80 cashback and the policy is £100 dearer than others.. Maybe start with something small..

Also make sure you have no ad blockers running in your browser, as this can stop the link working. You can always add a claim later on through quidco, but these are less likely to be succesful.

The process isn't automatic for insurance (I think it's with quidco? or maybe topcashback). You have to manually verify after a purchase through the cashback site's portal.

The point raised by staffs1959 concerning insurance purchase seems to be very relevant at the moment. I'm just in the process of buying home and contents insurance. I've found a big disparity between obtaining quotes from comparison sites and the cashback portals. The big cashback offers have been tempered with 'inflated' premiums and given the fact that cashback isn't guaranteed the lure to use the sites isn't what it used to be. There are also lots of freebies available with the comparison sites such as free 'home care' and/or 'legal protection' with Home and Contents Insurance and 'legal protection' and/or 'vehicle breakdown' with Car Insurance. Some purchasers, obviously, may already have or do not want the addons, but they are useful to many.

gave up on quidco, I like to get as much discount as anybody but in the year I tried it, I don't think I ever got money back into my account every thing seemed to be dragged out over pennies,

you don't bud

november I purchased £12 order on just-eat using £10 off £10 spend + £5 quidco bonus on next order

it has yet to be confirmed, and the last reply I got from them basically said I can forget the £10 anyway

stupid website

Nothing to complain about Quidco tbh, get nearly 500 quid in total over couple of years, had to make some missing cashback claims but all were successful

I've noticed that as well. The cashback sites' comparison searches have been significantly more expensive for both home insurance and utilities as well. Even to the extent that they are still more expensive than other comparison websites even if the cashback gets paid out in full.
