I Had my free Gears of war 4 with my 1070 gpu, so I installed it on windows to test the card out... Which was great, but I wanted to install it on xbox.

Soo I uninstalled it from windows store using the option and it did aparently? only my hard drive is still showing full... I have tried all clean up options but I cant find it anywhere, something is still taking up 80gb of space.

Help please!... Thank you.

Go to control panel, programs and features, then click on gears of war 4, uninstall

It's not there, it says currently installed program size 55.7gb which would be mainly battlefield 1.

This may sound silly but if you deleted the files rather than uninstalling, you have cleared your trash bin?
#4
yes I have cleared everything I can think of, I have tried searching for gears of war also.

If it's showing I got only 55.7GB of programes... I have BF1 and Shadows of mordor, which are both around 47GB each.

Buy a bigger ssd, or a second hdd to run games off or use for storage , I personally prefer to run resource heavy games off my main ssd, how big is your hard drive?

I finally found the problem... There was a folder in WindowsApps named SPARTA 73.3GB. Then I had the whole access denied, administrators permissions problem.

It took a while and a few punches to the wall before I finally got rid of it :(oO

Thanks guys for trying to help :) why are computers so complicated?.
