I tend to go by seller reviews before buying anything, I purchased a bed from eBay as the sellers feedback was very good.....the bed arrived with missing parts, contacted the seller and they said the parts would be sent and they would give me a refund of £10.....parts never arrived, no refund either....so I left a negative feedback
Feedback was removed, after watching the sellers feedback....I noticed that they keep getting all negative feedback removed....is this even allowed??

You can request to have negative feedback removed through ebay. Why did you not go through the dispute process first before leaving negative feedback?

probably contacting ebay and requesting a feedback removal due to it breaking one of the feedback policies?

ebay protects the buyer so much nowadays. always go through the claim process. 99% of the time the buyer will win. ebay has helped me quite a few times.

What did you say in the feedback? There are many reasons why a seller can have feedback removed.

Didn't go through a dispute process as the seller seemed to be cooperating, and the feedback was actually nice, I said nice bed, shame about the missing parts.....and yes I paid via paypal

As I said....this seller is getting lots of negative feedback removed, they had 18 negative feedback this morning, this has now gone to 8 negatives, so in a few hours this seller has had 10 negatives removed.....surely there must be a limit to removing feedback

I care as I paid alot of money for something that I thought was from a high feedback seller, not a seller that gets feedback removed so the buyer doesn't know the true comments from other buyers

Obviously YOU wouldn't care if you bought something and received it with parts missing!!!!
Why would complaining about this make someone "difficult to work with". He's paid his money to the seller and in return got a faulty item? He has the right to leave negative feedback if yes genuinely not satisfied, that's what feedback is for.

If you didn't go through a dispute, you still have that option if you are within the time limit - 180 days for paypal. Surely you would rather have the item in it's entirety than worry about feedback?

I've done the dispute now, I was just asking how sellers can get most if not all negative feedback removed, Doesn't seem fair to the buyer in my opinion.
