A friend of mine has just moved into a place that was previously occupied by a smoker.
There is a smell of stale smoke and the kitchen units are stained yellow on the inside (not sure about the walls yets)
I've read on the internet that baking soda is good for removing odors but i cant find anywhere thats sells a decent amount cheaply.
Also does anyone have and good advice for removing nicotine stains for the kitchen units, i've tried Mr Muscle and other sprays but nothing really works.
Any good advice on how to clean the walls, ceiling and cupboards etc would be helpful
Thanks for the advice everyone.
I've used Cif so far on the cabinets and a good layer of yellow 'dirt' came off but the top shelves are still pretty bad.
