My 11 yr old son bought an Hudl 2 on the 12th of January with his xmas money but its been iffy from day one with the charging issues and also the time being randomly wrong. It will also suddenly drop from almost full to needing charging, its done that 3 times. I did all the updates that were supposed to fix these issues but it has not.
What are the chances of getting a full refund? He got it in store and paid cash.
