If you bought your Vista as a retail boxed version, yes.

If it came with your computer, may be. Call your computer's manufacturer and ask them if they offer 64bit installation media.

I would seriously hold out for Windows 7 64-bit out probably in August..Or you can always download the free Release Candidate(RC) from Windows website of Windows 7..
