I do not know any where better than this forum to ask for such a quick response.
In a nutshell, I joined ID mobile in April 2016 opening a pay monthly rolling contract account IN STORE. I got home and noticed a much better deal online, I phoned their customer services who told me to order this ONLINE deal then cancel the IN STORE deal.
I cancelled said IN STORE deal within the two week cooling off period and was informed that I would not have to pay anything further. Fast forward to August 2016 and I get a threatening letter regarding a missed payment on my IN STORE account. After many emails and serious battling with their customer services they have finally conceded and offered me a full refund on the incorrect bill I paid for the IN STORE account.
This has however damaged my credit rating according to ZOPA, Noddle and clearscore - What are my options as this is not my fault, but ID mobiles? Can I get this incorrect record amended? Me and my GF will be looking at mortgages soon so I am terrified.
