How about a Seiko 5 Sports Automatic like the SNZF17 - the "Sea Urchin". Its commonly mistaken for the Rolex Submariner. £97 from Creation Watches:

If you're willing to spend more than your budget there is also the highly rated SKX007J which is £185 from Sky Watches with a oyster bracelet:

If you want to stay within your budget plenty of Seiko 5 Automatics and others that fit your requirements:

I can highly recommend Creation and Sky Watches. Bought from both several times.

Good luck!
