I'm fairly ignorant when it comes to audio tech I'm afraid.

Basically I need it connect to PC, Sky + box and xbox. And for it to not sound completely rubbish

Seems a fair price, like mentioned, you get what you pay for with sound quality.

Have you considered how you will connect all the above? An optical in is always essential for me!

Looking at the specs on the url, and the statement on what you want to connect up, I would say you are looking at the wrong thing.

This is a one-box home cinema system. It's great if you want to have a cheap 5.1 surround sound DVD system that'll have the bullets whizzing around you when you're watching Saving Private Ryan. If this is all that you want then I would say, these are usually quite good compared to the outlay.

If you want TV with 5.1 surround sound connecting a PC, Sky box and Xbox, I would say you need an AV receiver to handle the various inputs and speaker outputs. As an example, something like this http://www.richersounds.com/product/av-receivers/sony/strdh500/sony-strdh500
This is not cheap compared to your link (plus you still have to buy speakers and cables!).

Think about your needs, and perhaps what can be handled by your existing TV's input connectors.
