Take your screen cover off...is it still there?
#11
That's some dead pixels. Eventually, it'll get bigger. Send it back to Samsung if you still have warranty and they should replace the screen for you.

yes still under warranty. Its the coral blue version that just git released earlier this year i think. Was bought from cashgenerator 2 months ago so they should cover it in there 6 month warranty as it is a common problem.

Are you sure it is not just a scratch in the screen protector? On the photo imo it looks like it's just scratched if not yea samsung repair is your best bet! Had my fixed on Thursday in the store in Stoke, fixed in 2 hours for free! However if you have the smallest scratch or dent then expect a £215 Bill =(

Thats good mate i can only go by my own experience but tbf i guess all companies can hve a bad day. I just dont get along with samsung phones the s5 and s6 were unreliable and felt cheap and i had a bad experience with customer care but some of my mates swear by them do each to their own i guesd

Samsung, fires, pixels and dodgy government transactions.

A mate had 3 s7 screens die on them, twice repaired - third a new handset that went the same way, ended up with a refund and bought a iPhone 6s.

dead pixels. back up and do a full restore. good luck if you have to deal with samsung. few days ago I seen some pink stripes on my s7 edge.

Sorry but AMOLED panels don't suffer from stuck/dead pixels like LCD panels so that's not the problem

Samsung mobile screens seem more AHOLED than AMOLED, I've not had one for years but I know many people who have had issues with Samsung mobiles, even more problems with their third party run customer care and authorised repair centres when trying to address warranty repairs.

I went iPhone for its policy, and the fact 6s actually was a decent mobile, don't know where I'm heading after this iPhone due to Bluetooth headphones only but it certainly won't be Samsung.
