Laptop under £600

I'm looking for a laptop with the following specs minimum:

Intel Core 2 Duo
1 gb Ram (one stick rather than 2 x 512mb if poss so i can upgrade to 2gb)
~120gb HD either 5400 or 7200 rpm
graphics card better than nVidia Go 7300
15" WS
under 3kg
at least 6cell battery

I've been looking around, and one has caught my eye:
Acer Aspire 5633WLMi Laptop Core 2 Duo T5500 1.66GHZ 1GB 120GB DVDRW 15.4TFT Vista HP - LX.AY30X.091 ( 5633WLMi )

But a few questions come to mind on Acer:
1. How good/reliable they are for this price range
2. whether the Ram is 1gb stick or 2x 512
3. the Go 7300 graphics card does the job but i'd rather hold out for something better. In terms of Gaming it's the low end of graphics cards, but able to do the job. I'd like to get one of the following if poss:
ATI X600 = nVidia 6400
ATI X1400 = nVidia 7400
As stated in http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=2757http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=2757
The 7300 will do the job but 7400 will last, i think, another 3 years.

Thanks for the help
