I will have to say one of those Dell Laptop's from MikeT like this:
http://configure.euro.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=uk&fb=1&l=en&oc=N0815003&s=dhs
Under your Budget, the price has gone up a bit and now £564.07 and a bit better than what you want, but you could wait for another good deal.

Toshiba Satellite Pro A200-1KQ - £658.78
Not too sure about the graphics card on this one, but it is a really good computer: LINK

Fujitsu Siemens Amilo LI 1818 - £599.98
This one seems better: LINK

Checkout the Zoostorms from PCNextday. They have everything you are after and more.

For the spec you need £700 is too much, with the likes of dell you should be able to get it for around £550, extras u'll want include is ultrabright screens (make a massive difference). I think £700 would get you core 2 quad processors (correct me if im wrong)

thanks for the feedback chaps,

reason i've set myself this budget for those specs is cos i'm looking for some decent build quality and i've heard so many mixed reviews bout dells so not sure whether to go for one or not.
