large holiday house/group accomodation to rent in Scotland

I'm organising a family get together for my dads 60th next year (a surprise) so am looking for a large self catering property for our group. Needs to be a minimum of 8 bedrooms sleeping 16. Budget is £2000 and as for area - preferably the Caingorn National park but flexible as long as there is golf and fishing nearby. Unfortunately I've never been to Scotland so any advice re area (we're travelling from London) would be gratefully received. Has anyone stayed anywhere they can reccomend or even own a property they rent out? I have found a few but the ones that are big enough tend to be over budget. Two smaller 4 bed properties together would be ok too. Can anyone help?

If nobody comes back with one, a search in Google for "cottages Scotland" comes back with quite a few sites, like these:
many thanks - haven't seen that unique cottages one so will check that out tomorrow.
No properties sleeping more than 14 - oh well. Will keep looking. There is a good site LHH (large holiday houses) but it's pricey. Was hoping there might be some owners on here :)
national trust rent out places - also english heritage - both have websites - some really lovely places
many thanks will try them too
