Have a look on here and moneysupermarket.com for the right deal you want and then go to them and see if they'll match it. If they do then great if not then switch. Check the network coverage on each of the big guns in your area that you will use the most.

I spoke to them on live chat earlier. I said I get 20GB Data + Unlimited calls and texts and I pay £20 a month (as I've paid my device plan off a while ago). I asked if they could reduce my tariff to 12gb and save me some money or beat EE's price of £16.49 for the same tariff.

Her reply was "I can give you 16GB of 4G data and unlimited Calls and texts for £28.99 per month"

I just had to end the chat :|

Thinking of just going through TCB and getting the same thing but with EE instead

I'm with EE at the mo......the first of my two contracts has ended with next is up in a couple of months. Last time I upgraded, I got a deal that no one else could beat.

Don't try to do a deal via chat.....or in the store. Phone them. When I phoned EE, there is an option for those thinking of leaving. I chose that, spoke to the front line gimps who were crap. Asked for my migration code, got a call 12 hours later from their super clandestine retentions team who offered me a new free note 4 with the minutes, txt and data I needed at a price NO ONE could beat....even the ee store I visited to double check to see if the deal was legit couldn't match the offer and asked that I call ee head office to double check that I wasn't contacted by some fraudster.....We'll, it was legit, so I was a happy bunny :0).

For me ee is the lesser of two evils. You have good times and bad times.....

In some areas you have bad signal, bad customer service and store experiences....but then in my time I've used Vodafone and O2 and experienced the same.

You simply have so much more bargaining power when your contract is up. Do exercise that power.

Note 7 looks tasty.....might have to see what deal magic the bargaining gods can sprinkle as the free note 4 I got was only a month after release.

Great story right? ;) Hope it helps and good luck :)

They need to sort out their price plans, I asked to pay more upfront to reduce the monthly cist, and it went from no upfront cost to £250 to save £2 pm, Mad

Went to Giffgaff and their connection got worse and worse in the pass year . So now i am on EE ...so far so good... :)

I done the same 6 years back. Tesco use the o2 network but at a cheaper price. I also find o2 the best for overage in where i live in cornwall.
