Mine had no cellophane but had intact security stickers on the box

All manufacturers package their products differently. Some put a plastic cellophane and some use a security sticker. It all varies from manufacturing. What the manufacturer say is all products are sealed with their security tape. If that has been broken at time of purchase then it is likely it has been opened and maybe used before

My friend recently purchased one from Three. He said there was no cellophane wrapping but it did have a security sticker each side. He didn't feel the stickers were much use and said he was able to peel them off, open the box, and place the stickers back on.
He was due to receive his phone on the 20th of this month but as he got his early, and with the stickers being slapped on, he wonders if he got a returned phone.

Have others got their pre-ordered phones before the 20th June?

Bought my p2 from 3 a few weeks after it came out, just security stickers around the box . As above, it's been out for a while now , so no need to pre order

The Three website states that delivery for the P2 is 20th June. My friend ordered his a couple of weeks back, expecting it to arrive the 20th June but got his a couple of days back. With the security stickers being easily enough to peel off and then re-apply he is wondering if he got a customer returned phone.
If others got notice of delivery for the 20th June but got theirs earlier then maybe it isn't a returned phone, and its just that the stickers are easy to peel off and put on again.

Or maybe they just got some stock early.......
It's been on and off sale as stock comes and goes for months now....i'd be more worried about the big sticker on the front of the phone being there, If that's there then the phone hasn't been used.

He informs me there just two security stickers, one placed each side (not very well), and the phone screen protector was in place. I guess he has a new phone as it sounds all is present that should be.

Thanks for your responses.
