Good luck. I tried to get myself and my mum into Jamie Olivers restaurant as I was taking her to London for here 60th birthday. You had to be a member and even then it was a 6 month wait. That was a few years ago now though so it might be easier now.

It's a seriously nice idea though, I'd be thrilled if my hubby put that much though into my pressie. Well done :-)

If you book The Marriott in Mayfair, you may see celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey entertaining a lady.
Don't mention it to his wife though.
Shane Macgowan is usually in The Boogaloo, North London. I'm not sure whether they do food, but there is a very good jukebox. Anyway, you're never far from a Subway these days, are you?
I think Guy Ritchie has got a pub, but he might start pestering your girlfriend as he is newly single.
Brian Adams might be having a bhaji in The Star of India, he used to go there with Lady DI.

You cannot beat Atul's restaurant Benares in Mayfair, treated like royalty and the food was amazing. We booked months in advance but were well impressed.

Hi, i took my hubbie too The Ritz for his 40th birthday. Lunch was £36 each for a set 3 course and they do the same sort of deal for dinner. Found the deal on lastminute.com but rang the ritz to make a reservation. xx
