Trusted Reviews gave the Lumix DMC-FS62 a 9 out of 10 and you can get it at UK Digital Cameras for just over £100 with delivery: http://www.ukdigitalcameras.co.uk/prod.asp?i=5538

Here's a review for it: http://www.trustedreviews.com/digital-cameras/review/2009/12/20/Panasonic-Lumix-DMC-FS62/p1 It seems that image quality is really good for a budget camera with very little lens distortion, etc. It has a 4x optical zoom, 10MP and has optical image stabilisation too (which is better than using high ISO as many other budget cameras do) because it reduces the noise you see on your images.

Check out the ones you've listed there and also on Steve's Digicams and see what the reviews are like for them all and how they compare to the Lumix one. http://steves-digicams.com/
