Getting confused by all the different types, thinking of going for a TomTom and would ideally like bluetooth and speed camera warnings. Can anybody recommend one or know of any good deals?
Thanks for any help

Go for TomTom 730,has all you ever need

Tomtom one at Ebuyer for £89.99

Not sure about bluetooth, the telephone interface on these are very patchy and tend to disconnect your call. I would recommend a bluetooth hands free kit, which start at just £5 from Play.com

i bought the tomtom 730t for 280 from currys i had it for one day and returned it. it had alot of features which i didnt need and for 100 pounds less i got a tomtom one xl v2.
but it was a very nice nav and if i needed the bluetooth i would probably get it again.

TomTom One XL v2 is TOO SLOW,has less RAM memory, and if in case you make wrong turn and route would need to be recalculated it will take ages-tried and tested.

i didnt notice it being that much slower than the 730? maybe one of the updates improved that?

TomTom One XL: 32 MB RAM , CPU 266 MHz
TomTom 730:CPU 400 MHz, 64MB RAM

See the diference in figures, and this is the same as in computer-higher the figure, better performance. And as i said- 730 is faster a lot,-when calculating the route, when recalculating-overall it is much more better. So £100 more than XL,but worth it and future proof.

I have recently bought the Tom Tom go 520. I love it, it has Bluetooth and all the extra bits that are a bit technical for me!! But i love it its compact and stylish too!!!!
