I'm currently looking for an upscaling DVD player with HDMI as i've just bought a new Sony Bravia 40" LCD.

Has anyone got any recommendations for any at a good price?

Or if you want to spend a little extra:

HDMI
High-Definition Multimedia Interface is an all-digital audio/video interface capable of transmitting uncompressed streams. HDMI provides an interface between any compatible digital audio/video source and video monitor.

If you are ready to go up to that price why not take one more step and get a blu-ray player that automatically upscales all DVD playback? If you have a Richer sounds online, its worth giving them a call to find out stocks:

If you are OK with refurbished products then may be you want to have a look at this one...
