Hi there
I currently have a black cybex sirona in my car and purple one in my partners car.
But we are looking for a car seat for the in laws car to be used few times a week in their car.

Anyone got any suggestions for a good one for around £200 mark?
I don't fancy spending another £375 for another cybex sirona for once or twice a week.

I know people will say use one of the sirona's but they weigh a ton and are very awkward to fit and cant be bothered with the hassle I'm having transferring it back and forward every week.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions & help :)

Just bought a car seat from Kiddicare.com. It is one of those seats that turns so that you can put kids in without over stretching. It was £79.99

Joie Stages is a good rear facing seat, usually can get it for under £140ish. Rear facing to around age 4.

Thanks for your replies. Ideally looking for one that will last a while and also has swivel base.
Seems the swivel base puts price up and you're up to similar price to another cybex sirona

I assume its a 3dr car which is why you prefer the swivel? That will push the price way up! There are rear facing seats that will last til around age 6 too, much cheaper than £300 but not with swivel

They are all 5 doors.
We have 2 cybex sirona's paid £375 each for them but don't fancy paying that for another one.
It's looking like we might need to though lol.

Was looking At swivel because it's easier to get in and out also can turn them round no problem when she's older.

The idea around getting another one and not moving the sirona, is that it's heavy and awkward , so I didn't want to have to keep taking it in and out of the cars .

I would consider Axkid car seats, best in the market imo.

Is it really that much more difficult to get a child in a carseat that doesnt have swivel? I don't think it is. You mention about turning them round when they are older - but you would keep the Cybex Sirona rear facing til 18kg as its safer, so you wouldnt be using the seat forward facing.

you don't mention how old your LO is or what centiles they're following.. . I presume you're looking for another erf seat?
