Looking for someone to make 10-20 second opening sequence animation

Can anyone recommend a site, freelancer or person that will make a decent quality opening sequence animation I would do this myself but I don't have the software (or drawing skills) to get the quality desired.

I have a story board and rough sketches, The animation only needs to be about 10 - 20 seconds.

Unfortunately I don't have much money to hire someone but I'm willing to make a small donation.

many thanks

Yep, that's definitely the place to go.

Could also try contacting colleges and universities that run graphic/animation courses to see if a student wanted to take it on as a project.
