Off the top of my head, Directline, More Than and Admiral offer multicar discounts.

I'm not sure if this is what you are after though?

Try Privilege direct, they were the cheapest for my wife who has two cars insured with them. If you can put your house insurance with them you get even more additional discount. The best thing you can do overall is try and run all your polices on the same date, then you can always demand a good deal or you'll move to another provider!

There's plenty of multi-car policies available from household names such as Norwich Union to lesser known companies such as www.primoplc.com

This was also a question asked by Steve Cropley, the editor of Autocar magazine, who wanted to insure his family fleet. In the end he plumped for a policy with esure.

If you want the widest range of multi-car policies then you need to use a broker. Our family fleet is covered by Towergate Risks www.towergate.co.uk using a scheme through Equity Red Star. Our premium for 6 cars is £2k
