Hi all, I'm after the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Extended Edition (12 disc set)

Amazon sells it for £43.99
I did find another site which had it for £42.

Does anybody know of any cheaper ones?

Thanks in advance.

Can't find it any cheaper than that.

http://www.globalvideo.co.uk/display/review.cfm?prod=2740 at £42.99 was the cheapest I could find.
Ho-hum.

Have you checked HMV? They have some good discount codes right now that might bring it lower? There's also some discount codes for CDWOW and blahDVD that might help you out? Check the vouchers section (green tab at the top of page).

Was that £42.99 price with shipping? I found it on HMV for £39.99 after using a £5 off code but shipping bumps it up to £43.09.....

I didn't see if it had shipping. I was hoping to get it a lot cheaper.
I have found this...

at £9.98, but it's out of stock. Probably a typo though at that price.

Might have to get them separately to save money.

Yup it might be best to get them separately then. It seems the extended edition box set is pretty much exactly the same everywhere I look. I'd suggest using the CDWOW codes to get them separately then...use the £1 discount link and then use a £1 off code, that should get about £2 off on each DVD if you order separately, or use the £2 off £10 blahDVD codes. Of course you'll have to check if the individual prices make it worth it first though.

I didn't find any new information, but this is a good site for checking DVD prices.

Global Video is the cheapest + does include delivery for £42.99p

Cheapest I've seen for individuals are Amazon. Fellowship is £12.97. Two Towers is £11.97, so getting both gives free postage.

If you could play Region 3 discs, CDWoW have Return of the King for £13.49 in delivery. Failing that, the cheapest I've seen is DVD.co.uk which has the region 2 for £17.99 :D
