I have been trying to activate my new Sparks offers since Thursday but there are no options in my account. I have 14000 sparks so should have 4 offers- my friends has had hers. I have tried online and the APP, asked instore today and when the girl scanned my card it showed an error message ( l don't know what as she wouldn't show me!) Has anyone else had similar? I have tried the live chat online but it keeps freezing and losing conversation. Thank you!
