Hi All,

Hope you all had a nice weekend.

My GF has been hinting at me over the weekend that she would like a decent pair of hair straighteners.
After some homework ive found that GHD's are the best (?)

Anyways, just wantting to know where the cheapest place is to get them?
If anyone can post some links to some good websites that would be great.

Kthxbye

http://www.amazon.co.uk/ghd-IV-Styler-Hair-Straightener/dp/B000CSLJDW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=drugstore&qid=1255944086&sr=8-1

That's your basic GHD. I've bought a few pairs from Amazon because I have a prime account with them and I trust them. It's a decent price but it fluctuates so might be worth keeping an eye on it up to Christmas.

They were down to £80 not long ago and I grabbed 4.

You can also get the pink ones in the gift set which are about £125 and there's also wider and thinner plates available (think ones are good if she has choppy/punky/short hair).

Hope that helps:thumbsup:

deffo keep your eyes peeled on amazon, their prices do fluctuate and you may get lucky with a good price, these also come with 2 year warranty, i personally would pay the extra for the limited edition ones, they have a few of these out, gloss black, pink, etc,et

also check on ghd site if you buy from anywhere you not sure about, alot of fakes out there, and in here

I bought a set of Mk4's for my girlfriend last year - expect to pay anywhere from £85 upwards - depending of the deals around at the time. I get the impression that had I bought anything else other than GHD's, my girlfriend probably would have not been too impressed - so do the right thing !!

Maybe it's me,only been seeing each other a few months and it was my birthday not long ago, thought he might have made more of an effort to be honest as it was the first one together.

Ya don't have to necessarily spend a lot of money either to be thoughtful.

Oh well,guess he can't be perfect,lol
