I previously purchased some of the PS Vita mega games packs, These consist of a memory card and a voucher code to redeem all the associated games in the pack. The voucher codes were redeemed shortly after purchase and whilst they were still valid.

This evening I looked at my PSN account via my PC. A couple of games from the Vita packs are missing from my purchase history and available games to download list. The missing games are still available to purchase in the online store. By the side of these games is the purchase price. Two of the missing games are: Modnations Racers Road Trip and Motorstorm RC from the Sports and Racing Mega Pack.

Is there something wrong with the Playstation Network?

Has anyone else experienced missing games which they previously purchased?

Thanks for this. Only problem is there isn't a Restore Licenses menu option listed under Account Managment in my PS Vita and PS3.

Both systems have been previously been activated. I have tried signing out and in a few times but still no restore licenses menu option.

Attempted to submit a message to Sony Playstation via their online contact form. Kept giving an error message that there is a problem with their servers and to telephone.

I'll see if live chat is working during Saturday.

I don't understand why the games aren't in my download list.

Have you tried going on the store and downloading the games your missing or is it asking you for payment?

It adds the selected game to the basket for purchase with the price of the game.

Check parental settings-restore licenses...

Cannot find any parental settings option on the Vita.

I've looked at Transaction History via my PC. For the dates the voucher codes were redeemed it lists some of the games from the pack but not the missing games. Are there bugs with the the PSN system?

How can some games from a purchased pack just disappear?

Perhaps the games in question have been removed from the PlayStation store if their licence with Sony has expired. One game that comes to mind is Dragon's Crown. it was completely removed from the psvita store.

According to Playstation the issue is to do with redeeming the Mega Pack voucher codes during an active PS+ membership. When the PS+ expired the games somehow got removed.

This seems strange to me as:

1) I thought PS+ games just remain in the list but without being able to play them. I may be wrong.
2) There must be a PSN system fault if it cannot distinguish purchased digital content and content obtained via PS+.
3) I wonder why only some Mega Packs games disappeared from my list and the others remained? Unless these remaining ones have never been offered under PS+.

The latest message I received today informs me Playstation customer services are escalating the issue.

It may be best to stick to physical games in the future. I bought the Mega Packs as they came with Vita memory cards and were on offer.
