can someone help me? mobile phone contracts are a nightmare. so confusing

My 17 year old son is currently on orange pay as you go and costing me a fortune. texting no problem but calls to the girlfriend!!!! if I dont sort this quick I will need to re-mortgage the house.

looking for unlimited texts and the most free mins I can get him also would like to put a ban to stop him going over his free calls allowance. I know I am asking a lot but looking for £15 - £20 per month ideally.
dont mind what network ... anyone know of any good offers deals out there,
please. want it in time for xmas if possible.

thank you all.. merry christmas
