Hi, I recently sold a Lego set on ebay. Everything was fine, I got the money and the buyer got the item. 3 days later they opened a case saying the product was damaged and in my description I send I would send bubble wrapped but I didn't. My mistake I know. So I accepted it could have been damaged in transit and agreed to give the buyer a full refund. I have been advised to give a full refund within 3 days of receiving the item. But I haven't received the item yet or had any contact since from the buyer. It has been 2 weeks since the inital pruchase took place and 11 days since the case was opened. I cannot see anywhere on the help section which advises how long I have to agree to this?
Surely I must receive the item within a suitable timeframe? Does anyone know?
