Snap! All i wanted was a Mr Frosty - looked so much fun and my mum wouldn't buy me one!! I bought one for the children last year for nostalgia reasons and realised why my mum hadn't bought me one! The ice is really difficult to crush, the cups dont' hold much and it was really disappointing. Don't buy one - just remember it very fondly!! Debs x

trust me you didnt miss out. I wanted one and got one 20 years ago. It last a day. Made one mister frosty and ended up with a cupful of plastic. It not only grated the ice but also the plastic toy at the same time. Was binned before new year. Still have the emotional scares of the disapointment.

I had the same childhood dissappointment, them my oh bought me an adult slusie maker! It freezes the drink as opposed to crushing ice and is a bit of a pain but very much worth it! It's from Kenwood.
