All above less than £100 - All say li-on battery include which I assume mean is rechargeable either via USB or a standard phone charger. Please check this out yourself

I don't think the is any such thing as not a decent camera now, esp in your price range. I know I can go on eBay and buy a canon G2 for £25 it's old but still a fabulous camera. How about this one

& I would advise a used panasonic lx or tz for the money off ebay but the OP wants guaranteed next day collection/delivery. So its really not appropriate advice.

Panasonic definitely recommended. It has wife or mum mode, i.e. set it to auto and it sorts the rest out. TZ range is good but possibly over your budget.
