also can be used for seeing sold house prices too.

I recommend installing Property Bee Tool Bar on Firefox,it's a toolbar that whenever you search through rightmove,it gives you when the house was put on for sale ( it's based on other members findings,so is just rough estimates ) it then track any changes,so you can see say if a house been on market for a while,if they reduced or not.

^^ Definitely the best site. Shame you can't use negative filters though to get rid of all the stuff you don't want to see.
