N95 keep for £60 or return for £360?

My phone company messed me about something cronic on my Nokia N95. They've offered me £60 to keep it or £360 if I return it. I'm still in contract so would need to use the £360 to buy a new phone. Is it worth sending back? It's not the new 8GB phone, it's the first N95.

Any help appreciated

return it for £360, they get sold round here for £150 upwards. you could buy an iphone and unlock it and still have some cash left over

Send it back, buy the 8gb or the Iphone and then take you missus for a nice romantic meal.

thanks all !

Think I'll do just that. been thinking about the iphone but have heard horror stories on those coming from america. Don't think I can buy one in UK cos not on O2, or is that why I'd need to unlock it?

In meantime, boxing up phone & sending it back.

Thanks again.

If you get it unlocked then it does not matter what network you are on.

Looks like Apple are bringing out a 3G iphone in the summer which might be worth a look.

Don't completely overlook the first N95. Mine's still going strong although the operating system can be unstable. Works reasonably well on WI-FI but not so good at connecting via 3G (not as well as my older Sony Ericsson V800). The mp4 video recorder is probably its best feature. If you hold out for the 8gb version of the N95 then bear in mind you lose the closeable lens cover on that version (something to do with it being 8gb i think) :)
