hey, just found some zipped files on my old hard drive, my comp is running incredibly slow at mo, so can't open them to check them, but they should have eboots and updates in them, if they do try them. Hotmail is refusing to upload them so i'll put them online asap.

Keep the money, eitherway I wouldn't expect payment, and i'm not sure if these are the right files i've found

Then its easy as an easy thing pop along to:

http://www.pspiso.com/index.php?topic=23136.0

this is a guide on how to downgrade from 3.03, along with the files you need, all of the downgrades actually come from:

http://dark-alex.org/

Personally I would get all the files from dark alex cos hes the main man on the downgrading scene.

It really is plain sailing just make sure you format your memory card twice first and ensure your battery is at least at 75% and it will go tickety boo.

Any probs gizza yell or pop over to www.pspiso.com

all the best

when u format do u keep the files that go onto the stick or delete them to copy the ms root

I would select "show hidden files" from your tools options then copy and paste all of the items on your psp to a file on your desktop, then format then format again, then restore factory settings then start the downgrade

Taz helped me out last time !

Here you go...

Requirements
------------
In order to downgrade a 3.03 PSP you will need the following:

- Original GTA LCS (any region), which should have the 2.00 update on the disc.

WARNING, ANY DOWNGRADER HAS A CHANCE OF BRICKING A PSP. WHEN A *
* PSP IS BRICKED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT ANYMORE. WE HAVE *
* DONE A LOT TO TRY AND MINIMISE THE RISK, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS *
* SOME LEVEL OF RISK WHICH YOU MUST ACCEPT IF YOU WANT TO *
* DOWNGRADE *

Instructions
------------
Here are the steps to downgrade any 3.03 PSP to 1.50:

1 - If you have a 3.03 PSP skip to step 6

2 - Download files from HERE

3 - If not and you have between Firmware 2.81 and 3.02 Unrar the file you downloaded and place EBOOT.PBP (official 3.03 Update) file in :/PSP/GAME/UPDATE (if you dont have the folder UPDATE inside PSP/GAME just create a new folder called UPDATE)

4 - On the PSP, run the 3.03 update from the memory stick under the Game menu.

5 - Delete
:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE

6 - Unzip file 303.DG and double click the Folder MS_ROOT and copy the Folder PSP to the root of the memory stick.

7 - Unzip the 1.50 update to a temporary folder. Rename the EBOOT.PBP to
UPDATE.PBP and copy it to
:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/ . DO NOT
OVERWRITE PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP!

8 - Load GTA LCS

9 - It should get to loading savegame, then the screen will clear to black
and fill with a light blue colour, then the PSP will reset itself (if
this does not happen see section below)

10 - Check that HEN is running by going to system settings, then to
"System Information" and it should show up as system version
303 HEN

11 - If it is showing up as HEN then go to the memory stick and
run the x.yz update

12 - If you have an unpatched TA-082 or higher motherboard, you will be
prompted to allow the downgrader to patch your motherboard so it
can be safely downgraded. The downgrader will not let you proceed
without patching, if your motherboard requires it.

13 - Before the downgrader does anything to your PSP it will ask
for you to agree to what it is doing, if you no longer want to
continue press the Right Shoulder Button (R-TRIGGER).

14 - Once you have agreed to start the downgrade do not unplug the
PSP, or try and restart it

15 - Once finished the PSP will ask you to press X, and reset itself

16 - If it comes up saying that the settings are corrupt, press x
to continue, this will mean you will need to re-enter the
settings for network connections into your PSP, otherwise go to
step 18

17 - Load the included NetConfigBackup application in your PSP, and select to
restore, this will take the backup that was done of the network config
that was done automatically during the downgrade.

18 - All done now Hopefully you now have a 1.50 PSP. Enjoy it responsibly.

19 - Now Download the 3.40 OE-A Firmware FROM HERE and follow the Instructions to update your PSP to the latest Cracked Firmware

You must have an Original Game or Game Demo UMD in the PSP to run games from the memory stick.

Make sure you have at least 75% Battery life

Unhook your USB cable then on your PSP go to Game and Memory Stick as if you were going to load devhook and load the Installer when it comes on press X and let it do it's thing

Re-start your PSP without your UMD game in, sometimes when you start it the 1st time a blue screen comes on with an error, if this happens just turn off your PSP and turn it on again you have to set the language, date and time etc.

Go to Settings, System settings, go down to UMD Auto Start and set this to "OFF" so that every time you start your psp it doesnt load the UMD.

Then as Normal copy ISO files to the ISO Folder on the PSP (if there is no ISO folder then create one)

Go to SYSTEM SETTINGS and turn off UMD AUTO START then your PSP doesnt load the UMD when you turn it on.

Then simply goto Game Memory stick on your PSP and select the game you want to load
