If you have an o2 phone it is already unlocked to all networks. o2 don't lock their phones.

They do if it's pay and go. I know this for a fact because I used to work for them. And as with nearly all questions on the internet, the first link I Searched in google turned up the answer.

It can be done with a BB5 + logs you must no wot your doin or you can kill the phone . If the phone is on vado then you can get a vadocode for a £10 you can take it to a good phone shop but your lookin at £20 + to get it unlock. I use this site - http://www.gsmworkshop.com/contact1.php they r spot on.

the phone isn't on voda, its on o2. yes it is defo locked, i hoped to get it done for free but yes otherwise my alternative was going to a high street shop.

I'v got till the 17th of august to unlock it, so plenty of time for recommendations

The recommendation is to take it down your local shop/market and get it done.

local shop quoted £10 to unlock it.... almost not worth it, i might just get a cheap £10 phone and sell this one
