Need your advice - two-in-one printer

Really need an advice. I need to buy two-in-one printer. I will use mainly as a scanner - so speed and quility is important!!!!
I have read previous forums - where Canon/ Hp/ Oki were the winners.

Please could you advise on a reliable multifunctional printer - the make and the model.

would deffo reccomend, used through uni, scans fast and print quality is very good, cant argue with £40 price tag either

have loked at Epson - good price: but lots of people saying Epsom jam the paper...
have you tried it yourself?
if yes, was the scanning quick?

yea I remember I scanned loads of text books throughout the years! im sure it will do everything you need :)

I have a HP Laserjet M1522nf Great Printing (mono) and great scanning. Its even got an Auto feeder for multiple scanning

Alternativly if you want cheaper. my mother in law bought a philips printer from Argos. Its an amazing product for £50, see this link

Thanks. the only think with Philips - the catrige is very expensive, and it is quite big for home use, more like for small office. Thanks anyway

no problem. I always prefer HP multi function Printers anyway, as their software is great and speed is really good while scanning
