Ive been told my mum to find a good british holiday for the summer, Doesnt need to be a certain place, but somewhere south or south west would be ideal. Places like
Cornwall,Devon,Isle of whight, butlins (bognor regis) or wales. Should however have good transport links from norwich as we all dont drive.

Could anyone reccommend somewhere easy to get about for a week or two???

is there any amenities that you need? like a big site with lots going on, or just a relaxed place with a few pubs, shops and a nice beach??

I live in Cornwall but commute all over the south-west-up to Bournemouth. Let me know what you are after- facilities etc & i'll get you some ideas.

lol they are quite chilled out and will be in the pub more than me lol

I dont mind a active club will be good, but will probably spend more time off the site. Somewhere with a swimming pool close by will be brillaint for the kids :) Good beach also and local supermarket for the essentials.
Thanks :-D

Well as far as good beach goes, best one i know of is Perranporth.

There are lots of places to stay there, a pub on the beach - the Watering Hole, several fish n chips shops, some decent pubs in town Inc Tywarnhayle, and a Co-op which would do for essentials. Also the obvious souvenir shops and surfing shops.
Some of the places to stay inc. Here but if you just search Perranporth and hotels/camping/B&B's you'll get lots of hits on Google.

Hope this helps!
