hi guys

can anyone help?

my dad is after a cheapish pc to play yahoo pool on, yup thats all he does these days!

anyway anyone know any decent cheap ones?

needs wireless ability
2gb ram
250gb hdd at least

hes going to buy a wireless keyboard and mouse etc.

he plans to plug into his tv.

Look for auctions.
I was at one today. Wonderfully spec pcs..£40 £60...Dell laptops, perfect and current high specs £55 £85.

A bit over kill you can get the 2gb version for £240 or if your ok using computers you could save an extra £40 and get the linux version and use this (posts 447-460) hack to put windows 7 on.

always get em off fleabay for about £250ish for a good spec. use it for 3-4 years and then sell it in local paper for £150ish. £100 loss over 3-4 years , can't be bad

also regarding the wireless just buy a wireless network adaptor like a tenda usb one, really cheap and also will widen your pc choices

Yea it would work on any pc, id stay away from an atom core,

and get this
