we have to replace the wii game new super mario bros as the disc just wont work . tried different things to see if get it working but no.
we dont want to have to fork out £40 again so does anyone have any ideas at all on deals cheapest price etc??

erm ??? say what???x ow do i do that then ??
other games work and the kids tried it on wii at their mums and it wont work..
it has a few minor marks but nothin that i would have thought would affect it??

im saying that cos we rented it out and it wouldnt work on ours, so i updated it to 4.2 i think it was and it worked.
somewhere in options you can update it. might need to be connected to tinternet unless it works with the game in.

we have 4.2 edition black wii and other games work on it so cud it still be the firmware??

doubt it, if its already on 4.2.

must be the disk then, try taking it to blockbuster or gamestation they do a cleaning service on the disks that can make them work again, works better than we can do with a bit of spit and polish.
