Just wondering if there's a contact number for Zavvi customer services floating about? Tried a few I found on HUKD but they all go to different companies. Is it even legal to not display a contact…

Tried a few I found on HUKD but they all go to different companies.

Is it even legal to not display a contact number for customer services on your website?
I remember paypal and a few other companies got in trouble over it a few years ago

There is a previous thread here that may help (I didn't read it)

Had a read of it, but it was just filled with people that were outraged.
None of the number work and some go to other businesses.

Hopefully it works; there's a dial tone and an automated "We're closed" message.
Fingers crossed they're helpful. I don't hold out much hope though.

Not tried it again; Didn't need to. They messed up my order and now the items I ordered are out of stock.

I had an item delivered today and they sent the wii version rather than the 360 version - i triple checked order etc and its their error. I hate emailing to sort its soooo slow! Got a very disapointed daughter!

Should have searched on here before placing the order - lesson learned

Their email support is useless, takes them over 48 hours to respond to each email; there's no flow or anything.

I sent an email and got a response after two days, I replied within minutes but now have to wait another two days to get a response.

Thats precisely why i like to speak to an actual person, no doubt the 360 version will go out of stock again the time it takes for them to actually sort it

The last number I tried to call was a valid number; I cant imagine they would be any good though.

Tried - it just gives you email /contact us via webpage and the cuts off pfffttt!

Monday morning I took delivery - realise straight away that it was the wii version and not the 360 one which I wanted. Obviouslu double check order to mke sure it wasnt my error. Emailed them

After much tweeting etc I eventually recieve a reply late wednesday evening saying how sorry they were etc and unfortunately the 360 one is now out of stock (surprise surprise!) And would I like to wait for it to come back in stock or would I like a full refund.

I email a reply on seconds of recieving the email (amazing that!). That given the circumstances a full refund please. Also asked how I would go about returning the product at no charge to myself given the error wasnt my own.

Sigh

Now its friday and yes I am awaiting the reply to the reply - goodgrief its like pulling teeth!!

Nearly a week with the wrong item, no good to me and £20 down, which I know isnt alot in the grand scheme of things, but it was my daughters money - 1 email from them and no further on!

No more custom and no recomendations from me that is for sure!

Am now a stage further, I have had the collection plus labels to return the game - done all I can now its on its way - how long the refund will take is anyones guess I suppose!

I just got a response too.
I'm fairly confident it's just some poor sods job to go through all the emails on a Saturday morning. I really feel for him.

I only seem to get a response to twitter then they check the messages - crackers!
