I would wait for Black Friday personally, its become a really good time of year to buy tech goods in the UK. Got some great deals last year

if your a bit handy with the fists, wait for black Friday in the shops.
when they were all fighting in tesco last year for the £100 telly, I had bought the same TV the previous boxing day on for £85, oh how I laughed.
personally I thinks its just hype, but its a gamble

It actually depends on the model, the high end stuff you won't find in Tesco's other supermarkets etc

Black Friday has all the budget Turkish made TV's, no bargain with them!

I got my current TV on boxing day 2013, back then it was about £200 difference from the cheapest I could find it.

I'm planning on buying from RS or JL for the free breakdown cover but wouldn't I have a better chance of getting better deals on sale days?

If you're gonna buy on Black Friday, you should do your research and know what is a good price - and what you want in a TV, 4K, 3D, size, etc.
