Now tv - trying to sign in and activate a code, having problems across chrome and IE. Anyone else get this?

I've deleted ALL browsing history inc cookies and rebooted the browser, then tried in IE and a similar fault occurs. Can anyone goto nowtv.com/entsbox click activate code then sign in and progress?

I managed fine on the same link this morning.

Although after activating my ent pass it said I could do a 30 day trial of the Movies, but whenever I try to activate the trial it can't authorize my card (they have to auth. your card by 10p) and on checking my bank account earlier 2 lots of 10p auth payments have gone off.....work that out

Tried to explain to the person on live chat and they just had no idea what they were talking about and couldn't even find my account....

I've sorted it, an account issue presumably, i signed up for a now tv account on ps3 maybe over 12 month ago and never touched it. I tried to use that one to set this up, it didn't like it.

New account. Different email. Worked ok.

Have attempted to validate my free 4 month voucher and message comes up (Unable to validate voucher) Hvae had the unit for a month
and have been unable to use it. Also is there a phone number I can ring to help.

Go on the website pal. You can do a live chat with a helper if you need it.

Make sure that you are not in another voucher period, as you can't stack vouchers of the same type.

for example, you can have 30 day + 3 month ent pass.
You cannot have 30 day free trial + 3 month ent pass + 1 month ent pass. You have to wait for the 30 day free trial to expire before adding the next voucher.

If you are still having trouble go to the community section, message the live chat ops, and have your box serial info handy. (for nowtv boxes)

I cant put my voucher in it wont come up in my account to redeem voucher can anyone help me thanks x

I've bought a 3mnth ent pass for now tv I dnt have an account I dnt want to gve my bnk details that's why a bought a 3mnth ent pass I dnt knw how to validate my voucher plz help
