I got tickets to see the Chili Peppers using Priority, it wasn't that difficult.

usually cr*p seats !!

I've had many tickets through O2 Priority, it's a bit like anything though, you've got to be early!

I've always managed to get the tickets I wanted through 02 prioriy. My advice is get logged on to the site ready, and you need to be really quick. Make sure you are registered too.

When I was on O2 it was always easy to get tickets.

I have in the past managed to secure front row seats for disney on ice in the past. Right in front of the ice rink! They are good in notifying you of tickets before they are on general release.

Thanks people,

I've always had more success using o2 priority than general release. But as said, you still have to be on early and waiting to get the best tickets. Even if you miss out, at least you still have a second attempt at it when the tickets are released to the general public! (You just know you have to be quicker next time! :P)

I am using a spare phone with an O2 sim card, do you need to top up as it won't let me sign on to Priority?

You have to register your active number on the priority site. Its closed at the minute to let the servers cope with the ed sheeran sales

Log into o2 Priority before the time the tickets are released and just wait in the queue or keep refreshing the page. I find that they generally release the tickets in the blocks right at the back of the o2 and then work forward as ticket sales increase. Have a map layout of the o2 on a different browser so that you know exactly where the seats they offer you are.

A bit late for this week's priority tickets but some helpful tips.

For the presale tickets there is a waiting room that opens half an hour before the tickets are on sale. I generally find this is the best way to get tickets, when the tickets go on sale your page automatically refreshes and tells you that you're in a queue. Don't refresh that page and wait until the arena overview appears so you can select your seats.

I usually go straight for standing tickets and have never had an issue getting a ticket (Ed Sheeran in May woo!). For major acts you will need to be as early as you can because I've known acts to have their priority allocation disappear in minutes.

Thanks for the info, I will try this once the pre sale is open

o2 Priority only have a certain amount of tickets in the presale. If you're not lucky enough to get them sign up beforehand to other sites such as ents24 rather than using ticketmaster on the main sale day as ticketmaster will obviously be the site most buyers will use.
Another tip would be to use the priority app on you phone as well as on your tablet the same time doubling the chance of success.

Thanks, can you use also a PC? or does the app has to be installed on the device?

Try the PC, just google o2 priority tickets. I think it should then suggest tickets.o2.priority.co.uk See if you can create/access you account now.

Just double checking, but you have already created/activated your o2 priority on your phone. it's just that they send you a code to activate and you need to have already done that to get onto the presale bit.

Yes, I had trouble today to start the app but finally got it sorted

I missed out on Ed Sheeran tickets today.
Gutted as I was in the queue for ages. Then once I got in, I searched for tickets, then searched again. I didn't realiese you couldn't do this, and it made me re queue. Then I didn't get tickets in time.

Create an account with both ticketmaster and ents24 and use two phones or phone and tablet and log in Thursday at 9.30 both at the same time and see what seats you can get on both and then choose from there.
Double your chance of getting tickets.

If you have no luck on those two websites tryAmazon tickets . I bought Mickey Flanagan tickets off them on the day of general release when the other sites had sold out of their allocation.
Good Luck.
