i saw that tried to open a credit account , check told me can not find my address on the system and to contact equifax. strange as i have ordered from very before

Are you on the electoral register? If not register or if you are then contact Equifax to see what the problem is. 8)

Take out the free trials with the credit agencies through TCB and sort out your address. You will also earn between £20-£30. I did it about 6 months ago, just remember to cancel at the end of the trial. 8)http://www.topcashback.co.uk/search/merchants/?s=Experian-Credit+Expert

very good advice, probably won't get it sorted before the sales finish but at least equifax will be able to tell me what is up with my address
