What does this mean?

If I get a Pay & Go sim and use it for a month can I get this offer from EE? I saw this here:

My £20 20gb vodafone ends next month. So if they don't give me a better deal with the netflix im leaving.

You'll get 50% off the standard plan (20GB is £37) so £18.50 for the same plan. You're right Netflix was a short term promo but you'd be able to choose Spotify/Now TV/Sky Sports instead if you use any of those it works out quite well.
