It's not free it's around £17.50 delivered.
You will have to find out i fyour mum's Trust/Hospital operate the scheme and if so she will have to register for the scheme using her work email address....this allows MS to verify her employment.

It's meant for staff who continue their work at home (good old NHS always thinking of their staff!!) but is now also available to all staff who's employers have registered. It is not always available.
Best thing to do is to ask in HR at work
