My printer has blown up so looking to replace. It was an Epson Stylus R220, and I could buy compatible inks for next to nothing on ebay and dedicated inks sites. I'm talking £12 for 4 sets of individual inks.
I like the look of the Epson SX425W All in one, and the equivalent HP Photosmart offering, but I can only find official manufacturer inks for these printers that cost £8-£13 per cartridge.
Are the days of cheap printing gone? Budget for printer is £50-£60, wireless is desirable.
