write to the CEO. .I'm not kidding or look for an email of someone in seniority positions. they will hop to it.

Just cancel it then and go with someone else.

I had nothing but issues with EE broadband - constant dropouts, and less than 1mb speeds despite paying for 40mb. Its an EE issue as since i switched back to sky i have had zero issues and its on exactly the same line, just a different provider.

If they are suggesting you cancel i would get confirmation that they will waive all fees and then switch as fast as you can.

i have been with them since july with issues as soon as i moved to them. i dont want to move again. The same engineer came out to me twice and spoke to EE and gave them instructions on what they can do to resolve my issues. Openreach service has been and was good when he came to test. Instead of taking it on board they told me to cancel! I feel that should be up to me. I have made over 18+ calls them and they keep coming with with excuses as to what the problem with my service could be.

They simply piggy back on the bt lines, as do almost every single broadband provider that goes through the wires. I've had ee home broadband for a couple of years but mines fine

I really don't understand why you want EE to resolve the issue giving how you are being treated. I would get out while I could. In fact, just the other day I took out the sky broadband offer. 12 months contract, £100 pre-paid mastercard and £63 cashback with free broadband. Just pay the £17.40 a month line rental. No brainer.

I left and took up the BT offer
