Hi guys i have a nokia 930 that i use as a secondary phone, primary being the oneplus 3. Wanted to know if i upgrade the 930 to windows 10, how would the performance be? As currently with windows 8.1 the performance is excellent and i wouldn't wana ruin that. So if anyone has done this upgrade their input will be appreciated.

Many thanks in advance,
Ray.

If it's anything like the pc then 10 should be faster, just make sure you Google stop win 10 spying as there's around 10+ things to turn off on win 10 if you don't want your info shared

To the Op:

Performance on the Lumia 930 will still be good with Windows 10, plus you will have access to a larger selection of apps. Some people have noted that they had Microphone trouble with after upgrading their Lumia 930's to Windows 10, so make sure you test a phone call after upgrading.

Also, make sure the OS and apps are fully upgraded to the latest versions (you will probably have to run a few updates to get there), as the original Windows 10 OS and app versions were full of bugs and not well optimised. The latest versions work well though.

You can always revert to Windows Phone 8.1 by connecting your handset to a PC and running 'Windows Device Recovery Tool'. This will revert the handset to the last WP8.1 release, but it will also delete any personal information that isn't backed up.

If upgrading to W10M the privacy options are retained from WP8.1. Or if setting up from new (e.g. after performing a hard reset), the privacy options show up during initial set-up.

Congratulations. You own an iPhone, now how about actually answering the OP instead of writing nonsense.
