If you want 4K Video then the Panasonic is the Camera to get, as the Olympus only has 1080p. the Olympus is shaped/styles more like a traditional SLR, whereas the Panasonic is what they call rangefinder style. The Olympus menu system is complicated, but can be highly configured to suit your tastes. The Panasonic menu system is easier to get used to. Olympus jpg images are very good, Panasonic jpgs may need a bit of tweaking to suit.
I have had many Panasonic & Olympus cameras - they are all very good, but for what it's worth I just got the Panasonic GX80 because it has a lot of really good features & a fantastic price (if you buy from a recognised retailer by 9th Jan to get £200 cashback). Try Cameraworld they are the cheapest for the Panasonic.
